1. Ensure that the hydraulic oil in the bandsaw cutting machine (including angle bandsaw cuttings and CNC bandsaw cuttings for cutting steel bars) is filled to the required level, and apply a layer of engine oil to sliding and rotating parts.


2. Install the bandsaw cutting blade on the bandsaw cutting machine, adjust the tensioning device (by turning the handle on the left side of the saw frame) to achieve the appropriate tension of the saw blade. At the same time, adjust the travel switch contact so that it just touches the stop block and is in the open state.


3. Fill the cooling water tank with sufficient coolant.


4. After completing the above preparations, connect the power supply, turn on the power switch (on the electrical control box), start the bandsaw cutting machine for trial operation. Check the rotation direction according to the marking on the nameplate and correct the wiring if necessary. Listen to whether the sound is normal during operation. Allow the saw bow to automatically descend so that the saw blade descends to 0.5~1mm below the worktable. The limit switch head should automatically rise when it hits the stop block, and check if it stops automatically at the maximum position height. Conduct this test three times consecutively. During operation, adjust the tensioning device to a relaxed state, allowing the travel switch contact to separate from the stop block, cut off power, and shut down. Repeat this test three times consecutively.


5. Inspect the lifting and lowering cylinder assembly, check if the saw bow can be raised and lowered reliably and smoothly.


6. Inspect the clamping and releasing cylinder assembly, check if clamping is secure and if releasing is smooth.


7. Adjust the speed control knob to run at gear 1 (low speed), then adjust to gear 2 (high speed) for operation, and repeat this test three times.


8. After turning on the main motor power switch, the water pump should start simultaneously, and the cooling system should operate normally. Adjust the valve and check if the coolant flows smoothly.


9. After completing the above preparations, clamp and lock the workpiece, and perform trial cutting.
