Operating Procedures for Band Saws Machines by Letiptop Manufacturer:

1. Before operation, wear a tight-fitting protective suit with cuffs fastened and the top hem closed. Gloves are prohibited. Do not change clothes or wear aprons near the operating machine to avoid entanglement. A safety helmet must be worn, with braids tucked inside. Skirts and slippers are not allowed.

2. Complete all preparatory tasks before machine startup. Position the workpiece center at the midpoint of the saw travel using vise equipment. Place the material horizontally on the vise, perpendicular to the saw blade. For angled sawing, first adjust the vise to the required angle. The sawed material size must not exceed the machine's maximum capacity.

3. The saw bar should be tightened, and the saw should be tested for 3-5 minutes to purge air from the hydraulic cylinder and all oil grooves of the hydraulic transmission system. Additionally, check for any malfunctions in the saw and ensure the lubrication system is functioning properly.

4. For sawing pipes or thin plate profiles, the tooth spacing should not be less than the thickness of the material. During sawing, the handle should be adjusted to a slower position, and the feed rate should be reduced.

5. During operation, the sawing machine must not change speed mid-process. The workpiece should be positioned straight, securely clamped, and firmly held. The feed rate should be determined based on the material hardness and saw blade quality.

6. Special hydraulic oil and lubricating oil are required. In hydraulic transmission and lubrication equipment, the coolant must be cleaned and replaced or filtered periodically.

7. When materials are about to be cut, conduct thorough inspections and ensure safe handling.

8. After completing the operation, disconnect the power supply, return all operation handles to their original positions, and perform thorough cleaning.
