1.Select the appropriate band saw blades based on the material size, shape, and hardness of the workpiece, and operate at the machine's recommended speed. 

2. New blades must undergo a break-in period during their first use. Initially, reduce the saw speed and feed pressure by 50%, and after 20 minutes of operation, gradually increase both speed and pressure to the technical parameters specified in the manual.

3. Do not use new band saw blades in the sawing gap of a saw, as this may damage the teeth or cause the blade to break. Do not start the band saw blades on sharp edges or corners.

4. Maintain appropriate tension during operation to ensure smooth cutting and prolong service life. Reduce the band saw blade tension when not in use. Avoid operating the band saw blades under excessively high or low tension, as excessive tension may damage the blade or machine, while insufficient tension can result in uneven cutting or even accidents.

5.Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped during operation. Avoid any movement, rotation, or vibration to prevent damage to the saw teeth. 

6.Adjust the guide to allow free straight movement of the band saw blades: The guide must not contact the saw teeth. Position the guide arm as close to the workpiece as possible to maximize support for the saw blade. 

7.Avoid twisting the saw during cutting. 

8.Mount the band saw blades on the guide wheel with its back tightly against the flange, ensuring the teeth do not touch the flange to prevent damage.

9.Use cutting fluid with the appropriate concentration for the material being sawn to extend its lifespan.
