It must not exceed the bottom of the saw teeth, as this would cause excessive wear on the saw belt or the steel brush.
2. Inspect the gear box and hydraulic oil gauge positions to determine if 150# gear oil or 32# hydraulic oil needs to be added.
3.Check the coolant level gauge to verify if any adjustment is required.
4.Verify the alignment of the saw belt on the driving and driven pulleys as well as the tungsten steel guide plates.
5.Examine the saw belt tension adjustment valve to select appropriate cutting pressure; the maximum tension for high-speed steel saw belts is 55 klbs/in².
6.Confirm the tungsten steel hydraulic pressure gauge reading is within 30+2 kg/cm².
7.Inspect the gear box tension belt.
